The Adelade sits contiguous to James White Parkway in the up-and-coming South Knoxville area, a sprawling up and coming residential district with convenient access to I-40 and I-275 and a quick 13-mile commute to Knoxville’s McGee Tyson International Airport. Access to Public Transportation and Rock City Ballpark is a 2-minute walk from the community. Located just over a mile from the community is Chapman Square anchored by Kroger grocery store. Nearby green spaces include Stanley Lippencott Park with hiking and mountain biking trails and Suttree Landing Park and Pavilion providing a river boardwalk, both a mile from the community, as well as, Fort Dickerson Park, an expansive 1,000-acre city park featuring hiking trails, a swimming quarry & Civil War sites and Ijams Nature Center offering a river boardwalk, guided hikes, and kayaking, both about 2 miles away.
